Delete your account
Use this page to request deletion of your Buyra account and the personal data associated with it. You can also make this request from inside the app under Account settings, or by emailing us.
How it works
- Enter the email address associated with your Buyra account below.
- We record your request and verify your identity before anything is erased. We may contact you at this email to confirm.
- Once verified, your account and associated personal data are deleted within 30 days, unless we are required to retain some data by law.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted we remove:
- Your account and profile (name, email, username, roles and permissions).
- Your in-app activity and conversation history tied to your account.
What may be retained
We may keep a limited set of data where the law requires it (for example, records needed for accounting or to resolve disputes) and technical logs for up to 90 days. Retained data is deleted when its retention period ends.
